Description

We are seeking a skilled Meta Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic training organization. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to maximize relevant lead generation and drive business growth.


**Key Responsibilities:**


**Campaign Strategy & Development**

- Develop data-driven advertising strategies targeting specific demographics.

- Analyze competitor campaigns via Meta Ads Library.

- Create compelling ad copy and visuals with A/B testing for optimization.


**Lead Management**

- Qualify and manage leads for high conversion.

- Discover new audience segments and retarget existing ones.

- Coordinate with sales and training teams to align goals.


**Performance Analysis & Optimization**

- Monitor and optimize campaigns via Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.

- Report on KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates.

- Stay updated on Meta algorithms and trends.


**Innovation & Creativity**

- Test innovative ad formats and audience engagement strategies.

- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

- Explore new Meta advertising features regularly.


**Qualifications:**

- 2+ years of proven Meta campaign experience.

- Strong understanding of audience targeting and remarketing.

- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager.

- Analytical skills for interpreting campaign data.

- Creative skills in Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred).

- Effective communication and reporting skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Intermediate/A-Level qualification (Bachelor's not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and data reporting.
  • Creativity in ad design; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
