Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the overall vision and strategy of the company.
Lead the identification of opportunities for innovation in agricultural practices and products.
Actively participate in product development, ensuring solutions address real needs of village farmers.
Collaborate with farmers in target villages to understand their challenges and provide technical assistance.
Champion the company's mission and values, fostering a culture of ownership and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Animal Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in agriculture, preferably with a demonstrated track record of innovation or entrepreneurship.
Deep understanding of local farming practices and challenges in Pakistan.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
A passionate advocate for agriculture with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
