Agricultural Field Specialist

Job Description:

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the overall vision and strategy of the company.
• Lead the identification of opportunities for innovation in agricultural practices and products.
• Actively participate in product development, ensuring solutions address real needs of village farmers.
• Collaborate with farmers in target villages to understand their challenges and provide technical assistance.
• Champion the company's mission and values, fostering a culture of ownership and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in agriculture, preferably with a demonstrated track record of innovation or entrepreneurship.
• Deep understanding of local farming practices and challenges in Pakistan.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• A passionate advocate for agriculture with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
