We’re looking for talented and creative individuals who are passionate about AI automation, ChatGPT, content creation, and digital growth. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s already started but needs direction — we’ll guide you step-by-step.

You’ll work closely with our team to create valuable content around AI tools, automation agents, and digital workflows. Once the channels grow, you’ll have a clear path to earning in USD, with revenue sharing and project bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Create AI-driven content: Produce short-form and long-form videos on AI tools, automation agents, and workflows for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Account Management and Organic Growth: Expertly grow accounts organically across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube by implementing the latest strategies for content creation, engagement, and viral growth.

Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the strategy team to follow the content roadmap and implement tactics that align with AI content growth strategies.

Social Media Optimization: Use your expertise in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms to optimize content for organic reach and engagement.

Engage with audiences: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster community growth and increase platform interactions.

Track and Report: Monitor key performance metrics like views, engagement, follower growth, and channel progress toward monetization.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media content creation with a focus on organic growth, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Expertise in platform algorithms: Proven ability to organically grow accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube by leveraging their native algorithms for increased visibility.
AI Tool Familiarity: Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, n8n, Flowise, etc. (training will be provided if needed).
Content Creation Skills: Ability to produce engaging, high-quality video content and understand content trends, viral mechanics, and editing techniques for each platform.
Clear Communication: Ability to write and speak in clear, engaging English to connect with international audiences.
Creative Mindset: A passion for creating original content and building a personal brand, as well as the brand of the team.
Willingness to Learn: A growth mindset with a commitment to continually learn and apply new skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with little direction.
