AI / LLM Application Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/LLM Application Engineer to join our team and drive the development of secure, production-ready AI features for an internal relationship-management platform. This role is pivotal in building governed AI solutions that incorporate advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), robust citation mechanisms, comprehensive evaluations, and human approval workflows, with a specific focus on controlled Arabic report generation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing existing architectures, integrating AI capabilities, and optimizing RAG pipelines. You will develop secure services and user interface workflows for AI outputs, feedback, and approvals, while also implementing critical security features like RBAC, logging, monitoring, and data controls. A key aspect of this role involves creating AI evaluation frameworks to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of our AI-driven features.

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and citation mechanisms.
• Build secure Python/TypeScript services and UI workflows for AI outputs and approvals.
• Implement security features including RBAC, logging, monitoring, and data controls.
• Create AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, safety, and reliability.
• Support deployment, production releases, and technical handover of AI features.
