AI Research Engineer

As an AI Research Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our conversational AI assistant. This position involves researching and implementing cutting-edge techniques to improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of our AI systems, focusing on areas such as reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.

You will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that directly impact our production AI models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

• Research and evaluate techniques to improve LLM reasoning and accuracy.
• Design and conduct experiments with baselines and statistical analysis.
• Improve RAG pipelines, including embedding models and context optimization.
• Explore fine-tuning methods for domain-specific models.
• Identify and reduce failure modes such as hallucination.
• Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for model performance.
