Job Title: Air Ticketing & GDS Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Ticketing & GDS Expert to join our IATA-accredited travel company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international and domestic airline reservations, ticketing, fare calculations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
• Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel airline tickets accurately.
• Manage bookings using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Provide customers with the best available flight options and competitive fares.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and IATA regulations.
• Resolve booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for reservation support.
• Maintain accurate booking records and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air ticketing and GDS operations.
• Strong command of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
• Good knowledge of international fare rules, ticketing procedures, reissues, and refunds.
• Familiarity with IATA standards and airline policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with an IATA-accredited travel agency.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Professional attitude with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
