Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security operations for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, systems, and protocols.
- Lead and manage security personnel, ensuring optimal performance, training, and emergency readiness.
- Handle investigations and ensure timely reporting of any security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
โข Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
