Responsibilities

โœ… Responsibilities โ€“ Area Manager


Recruit and onboard new riders within assigned area


Achieve monthly rider targets (e.g., 300 active riders)


Supervise rider activities and ensure service quality


Resolve local issues and report to head office


Conduct local marketing to grow RideWatanโ„ข presence


Monitor rider performance, attendance, and discipline


Submit daily and weekly performance reports


Suggest strategies for area improvement

Handle incoming calls and customer ride bookings


Answer queries and guide riders/customers professionally


Maintain call logs and data entry records


Coordinate with riders and area managers for ride assignments


Follow communication scripts and company guidelines


Report daily performance and issues to the supervisor


Maintain a polite and problem-solving attitude

โœ… Responsibilities โ€“ Rider (Bike/Car/Rickshaw)


Provide safe and timely ride service to customers


Accept bookings via app or WhatsApp (as assigned)


Maintain polite behavior with customers


Ensure vehicle is clean and in good condition


Follow traffic rules and company guidelines


Report daily rides and earnings to the app/system


Encourage customer ratings and feedback

Requirements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements โ€“ Area Manager


Intermediate or above education (Graduation preferred)


Must have own Android smartphone


Good communication and team management skills


Prior experience in field work or sales (preferred)


Knowledge of local area/city


Ability to meet monthly targets


Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge (preferred)


Age: 20 to 40 years
