Job Description:
Company: Futuristic Designs and Consultants Location: Onsite | Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM PST) Experience: Minimum 3 years in architecture Education: Bachelor’s in architecture (NCA, UMT preferred)
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing and developing architectural concepts for various projects.
2. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design implementation.
3. Collaborate with senior architects to refine design solutions and project layouts.
4. Research materials, construction techniques, and sustainability trends.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
6. Prepare presentations, reports, and 3D visualizations for client meetings.

1. Bachelors in architecture from a recognized university (NCA, UMT preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Ability to work onsite during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PST).
