Job Summary:
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of an insurance branch, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and the branch operates efficiently. This role involves managing staff, assisting with sales and business development, handling customer issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of branch operations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Support the Branch Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet branch targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.
Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing sales reports.
Set and monitor sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
