Assistant Manager HR & IR job is available in Rawalpindi for a Manufacturing company. An ideal candidate should have BBA/MBA (HRM) along with 4 to 5 years of experience (Experience preferably in Beverage Industry)

Key Job Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Selection, Employee Records Management, Training & Development, Performance Management, Payroll Assistance, HR Compliance.
Industrial Relations
· Conflict Resolution, Compliance with Labor Law, Disciplinary Actions, Government Liaison, Grievance Handling.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate should have BBA/MBA (HRM) along with 4 to 5 years of experience (Experience preferably in Beverage Industry)
