Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Assistant Manager to support and drive sales initiatives, build relationships, and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales strategies.


Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that support sales efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving business strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and business development activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Participate in business development meetings and provide valuable input.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • [3-5 years] of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
