Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and on-ground platforms. She will work closely with the sales team, creative partners, and vendors to strengthen brand awareness and market presence both locally and internationally
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all social media content, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for simultaneous on-ground activations and visual campaigns.
• Plan and execute brand awareness activities, ensuring alignment with sales and trade marketing objectives.
• Lead and manage exhibition participation, including event planning, design, vendor management, logistics, and execution (local & international).
• Supervise marketing collaterals, visual merchandising, and branding material for consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design pull strategies and consumer engagement plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, report outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain coordination with vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in brand management, in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions, activations, and brand events.
