Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Tax Consultant) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with FBR IRIS Portal, Sales Tax and Income Tax filing, as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills for preparing and maintaining financial drafts and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Income Tax and Sales Tax filing on the IRIS Portal.
- Prepare and maintain tax data, financial drafts, and records using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in preparing tax returns, challans, and client files.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of tax-related correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and data.
- Support senior consultants in routine office and tax matters.
- Manage basic office administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com / BBA / equivalent).
- Proficiency in FBR IRIS Portal and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Income Tax and Sales Tax laws and filing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
