Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage client communication, prioritize tasks, and oversee software development projects. The role involves managing sprints and ensuring timely project delivery using tools like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, and Basecamp.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Use project management tools to track and report progress.
• Review client emails and proposals with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, Business, A&F, or any relevant field.
• 0 to 3 years of project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with Slack, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or Basecamp is a plus.
• PMP or Scrum certification is a plus but not required.
