AUTOCAD DESIGNER / DRAFTS MAN

The Person will responsible for;

· Designing & Developing proposed Layouts for smart home solutions and coordination with Project’s Engineering team / vendors according to layouts

· Take site measurements and to make preliminary designs. Understanding drawings; technical and electrical.

· Draft Plans and detailed Drawing maps, diagrams, surfaces and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys for structures and installation and construction projects.

· Willing to learn System Design for ; Techncial Architectural Lighting , Acoustic Design and BMS (Building Management System) as per IOT (Internet of things) and future trends in sustainable construction industry

· Capable of learning Audio Video spaces ; home cinemas , music and listening rooms dynamics

· Client presentation and supervision of work.

· Develop and apply new technology for execution of current and future product lines

· Researches information and technologies for the benefit of the company.

· Coordination with managers, engineers and execution team and guide where needed

· Develops and applies new technology to support sustaining and growth initiatives in a manner consistent with TGS’s business directives.

· Coordinates outside research and engineering activities. Recommends technology vendors, and communicates practical application of research.

· Provide consultations on technical issues, liaison with company’s advanced technical issues.

· Assists and trains subordinates to understand and apply Perfect Execution practices to all business unit functions

· Works to achieve business unit execution goals and improve operational performance by improving safety, quality, productivity, reducing scrap and rework, improving customer service levels, employee relations and external quality as well as other initiatives.

Required Skills:

· Must be Proficient in Auto-CAD & 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop ; Coral Draw will be considered as added advantage.

· Strong communication and leadership skills required, with a proven track record

· High technical aptitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· Have strategic vision for future product platforms and technologies.

MS Office operation is a must primarily word and excel.
