In this role, you'll interact with customers using a virtual avatar in a dynamic, interactive environment. As an Avatar CSR, you will handle inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve customer concerns using both digital and voice communication methods, ensuring an engaging and efficient customer experience.
Engage with customers using an avatar in virtual environments or platforms (e.g., VR chat, avatar-based customer service software). Handle inbound and outbound interactions via text, voice, or video chat, providing customer support, information, and problem resolution. Ensure all avatar-based communication is clear, professional, and aligned with company guidelines. Address customer concerns, questions, and issues related to products, services, billing, or account details in real-time. Guide customers through processes, services, or systems, using the avatar to demonstrate procedures or visual aids. Resolve complex issues by providing information, troubleshooting, or escalating problems to higher support tiers when necessary. Update customer records and interaction logs in the company's CRM or support software. Maintain a professional and friendly avatar persona to represent the brand in virtual interactions. Meet key performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer experiences and support digital service advancements.
