H-Tech Supports is looking for a ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ-๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ง ๐๐Ÿ๐ ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ

professional to manage and grow our existing client accounts. This is ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐š ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐-๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ž โ€” you will work exclusively with an established client base.

You will focus on understanding client IT infrastructure needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering accurate quotations and proposals to support long-term relationships and repeat business.

๐Ÿ’ผ๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

โ€ข Manage a portfolio of existing B2B clients as the primary commercial point of contact

โ€ข Understand client requirements and scope IT infrastructure solutions

โ€ข Prepare accurate and professional quotations and commercial proposals

โ€ข Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams for solution validation

โ€ข Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and regular engagement

โ€ข Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

โ€ข Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, quotations, follow-ups, updates)

โ€ข Ensure timely commercial support for client satisfaction and retention

โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams to improve quoting and proposal processes

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

โœจ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž & ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:

โ€ข 2โ€“3 years experience in B2B inside sales or account management

โ€ข Experience in quotations and commercial proposals

โ€ข Strong negotiation and account handling skills

โ€ข Ability to manage multiple client accounts

โœจ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ:

โ€ข Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, hardware, managed services)

โ€ข Ability to translate client needs into structured solutions

โ€ข Comfortable working with technical teams

โ€ข Confident in presenting proposals to clients
