Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the internal team to align business development strategies with company goals. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets to maximize earning potential.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a B2B setting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong network of professional contacts is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage. Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on achieving results.
