Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Backend Development Intern to join our dynamic team at Search O Pal. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in backend system design and development using modern technologies and frameworks. As a Backend Development Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to contribute to the development and maintenance of robust Backend systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Backend systems using Python, Django, and Django REST framework.
Support the integration of Backend functionality with frontend systems.
Participate in writing clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and principles.
Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation, use cases, and test cases.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and debug code to ensure applications are error-free and functional.
Learn and explore database design principles, RESTful API development, and system architecture.

Requirements:

Strong interest in backend development with a basic understanding of Python programming language.
Desire to learn and grow in backend development with exposure to Django and Django REST framework.
Interest in database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related admin interfaces.
Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive attitude towards learning.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate on projects.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
