Responsible for managing and overseeing billing activities related to corporate & Private clients.
The billing executive ensures accuracy in billing, timely invoicing, and smooth financial transactions between the hospital and its corporate clients.
Maintain and update records of clients, ensuring accurate tracking of account balances, payments, and outstanding invoices.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Submit claims electronically or by paper according to payer requirements
Review and prepare accurate insurance claims for submission to various payers.
Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
Prepare and present detailed billing reports and summaries for management review.
Implement and maintain billing systems and software for optimal performance.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior billing staff to enhance team productivity.
Analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to streamline billing workflows.
Initiate & timely process Corporate & Private Account Billing (as per agreed terms & conditions)
Attend & Resolve queries from respective clients i.e. Corporate & Private Account holders
Efficiently follow payment recoveries
Generate Monthly Progress Report (Follow-up / Recovery)
Supervise & maintain control on Cash / Credit & Day to day task(s).
