Location: Haroon Express Faisal Movers, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time

Haroon Express Faisal Movers is seeking a Booking Officer to manage transportation reservations, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service at our booking counter.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

Process and confirm bookings, issue tickets, and manage payments (cash/card)

Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily cash reports

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with changes or cancellations

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and high customer satisfaction

🔎 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Travel & Tourism preferred)

Prior experience in booking/customer service roles

Strong communication, cash handling, and organizational skills

Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office
