Branch Manager

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an insurance branch, ensuring sales targets are met, and managing a team of insurance agents. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a positive work environment to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and monitor sales targets for the branch and individual agents.

Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and profitability.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing personalized insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Implement customer retention strategies to reduce policy cancellations and improve loyalty.

Represent the branch at community events and industry functions to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the insurance industry.

Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
