Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to meet performance and intake targets.
- Oversee daily operations for smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Guide and advise students on study abroad opportunities.
- Ensure communication with headquarters aligns with company goals.
- Build relationships with universities, schools, and education sector stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to expand branch reach and improve performance.
- Monitor and report branch performance to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3 t0 5 years of management experience, ideally in education consultancy
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office and CRM Knowledge is a plus
