We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our team at our Lahore office. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various operational tasks, focusing on client communication, event coordination, and networking events, seminars & webinars. Responsibilities:

  • Handle Communication with clients.
  • Follow up with Students, Companies & Trainers.
  • Collaborate with administrators at various universities to organize recruitment drives and other relevant events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Plan, organize, and execute networking events to foster meaningful connections within the industry.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event success.
  • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and logistics to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, client services, or event coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
