We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our team at our Lahore office. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various operational tasks, focusing on client communication, event coordination, and networking events, seminars & webinars. Responsibilities:
- Handle Communication with clients.
- Follow up with Students, Companies & Trainers.
- Collaborate with administrators at various universities to organize recruitment drives and other relevant events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, and promotional activities.
- Ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
- Plan, organize, and execute networking events to foster meaningful connections within the industry.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and logistics to meet objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, client services, or event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
