Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team for the evening shift (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients across various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Instagram, Fiverr, and Facebook. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who excels in client communication, enjoys working in a structured evening shift, and is passionate about driving business growth.

Responsibilities


  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients through professional networks and freelance platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Manage the company’s Upwork and other freelance profiles. Bid on relevant projects, craft tailored proposals, and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback, and regularly report to the sales manager or team lead.


Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Instagram is highly preferred.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or tech services is a plus.
