The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle in Real Estate Industry. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry especially in Real Estate Industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a passion for marketing.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
