Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demos for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales and business strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
