We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth to support the company's strategic objectives.

Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and business opportunities.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services.
Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the IT and web development industry is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
