Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to execute strategic plans and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, network, and initiate cold outreach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
Independently generate leads and proactively follow up on prospects.
Perform outbound calling to engage potential clients and promote services.
Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance visibility and build connections.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
