Business Development Manager [Job ID: 135118]

We are seeking a dynamic and driven BDM to join our team at Lynchpin Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the UAE business landscape.

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients for training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
• Understand clients' training needs and propose customized training plans to address their requirements.
• Present and negotiate training proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of training programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Continuously build and expand the client portfolio through effective business development strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, particularly in selling training or consulting services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate training solutions effectively.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• High level of professionalism and customer orientation.
