Job Description:

We at Smart Innovations Pvt Ltd are providing home automation solutions based at Islamabad near Giga Mall, opposite to DHA gate # 4, working hours morning 9:00am to evening 6:00pm, working days Monday through Saturday & are looking to hire Business Development Managers, main job responsibilities include:

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM to implement timely workflows for home automation leads.
Oversee operational activities of the SIPL automation Demonstration Room.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, lead calling, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Negotiate and close business deals aligned with company objectives.
Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance company visibility and profitability.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive records of business development and sales activities.
Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills effectively.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Exhibit self-motivation and contribute effectively as part of a team or independently.
