Business Development Manager [Job ID: 49]

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with proven track record of sales and business development to join our team at Search O Pal. The manager will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business for Search O Pal by hunting new clients through various channels such as social media, email campaigns and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients to ensure a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
• Work collaboratively with the development team to create project proposals for clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet monthly / quarterly / yearly sales targets.
• Ensure execution of all online marketing campaigns to meet / exceed assigned sales targets.
• Present Sales Performance Dashboard to senior Management.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales in IT industry.
• A proven track record of generating target based business.
• A solid understanding of web and mobile application development processes and technologies.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong collaboration with all internal teams; for effective and efficient executions.
• Thorough exposure of business management (sales target oriented approach), people management, customer-servicing, execution of online campaigns.
• Top-notch communication and presentation skills along with strong grip on CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Education: BBA/MBA or any other related field

Job Location: Office Based - Etihad Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore

Salary: Market Competitive + Sales Commission
