The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth, expanding ourclient base, and increasing revenue streams in the competitive financial markets.

Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis:○ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients,emerging trends, and competitive benchmarks.○ Stay updated on global financial markets, regulatory shifts, and economicindicators impacting the Forex and securities trading industry.2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:○ Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow thecompany’s client portfolio.○ Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring highlevels of satisfaction and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities. 3. Salesand Revenue Generation:○ Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company through strategic saleseforts.○ Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute efective sales plans,strategies, and approaches.○ Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams and business opportunitieswithin the Forex and securities sector.4. Product Knowledge and Client Training:○ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and tradingplatforms.○ Provide clients with training and support on trading tools, market strategies,and risk management practices.5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:○ Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and legal standards, inpartnership with the compliance team.○ Monitor changes in trading regulations and update business strategiesaccordingly.6. Strategic Partnerships:○ Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with financialinstitutions, introducing brokers, and relevant industry players.○ Establish agreements that enhance Goldstone Securities' market presence.7. Reporting and Performance Analysis:○ Prepare regular reports on business development initiatives, client acquisitionmetrics, and revenue performance.○ Use data analytics to track trends, evaluate strategies, and inform decisionmaking.

Requirements

● Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference forcandidates with experience in the brokerage or financial industry.● A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, withquantifiable achievements preferred.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.● Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base.● Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.● Familiarity with relevant technologies or trading platforms is a plus.
