Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our at Search O Pal. The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition while overseeing successful job fulfillment through our platform. This role combines sales expertise with recruitment industry knowledge to expand our client base and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of leading teams

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client growth
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets
Present and demonstrate the platform's features and benefits to potential clients
Negotiate and close service agreements
Monitor job fulfillment metrics and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with the product team to suggest platform improvements based on client feedback
Create regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and recruitment in a recruitment agency.
Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management
Experience with recruitment processes and understanding of hiring workflows
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and SaaS platforms
