Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (Sales) to support our latest project in the gold industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales across both offline and online markets. This is a performance-focused role offering strong growth potential in a high-demand sector.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, and distributors in the gold industry.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Promote gold-related products and services to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service.
Execute targeted sales strategies in both online and offline channels.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and market visits as needed.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve offerings.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in gold, jewelry, or commodity sectors is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and digital outreach.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
