Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for a "hunter" who thrives on independently identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into valuable customers. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by owning the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation through to the final signed deal, ensuring our recruitment services reach and benefit a wider market.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, representing our company professionally, and acting as a crucial liaison between clients and our internal recruitment specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


  • Independently source and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, industry networks, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery calls to pitching recruitment services and closing deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with HR managers, hiring leads, and business owners at target organizations.
  • Effectively represent Search O Pal in all client-facing interactions, ensuring a professional and positive brand image.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and the internal recruitment team, clearly conveying hiring needs and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports on conversion metrics and sales performance.
