Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and assistance. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to products, services, billing, and account management.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards to provide consistent and high-quality customer support.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
