As a Call Center Representative, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and assistance. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to products, services, billing, and account management.
Adhere to company policies and quality standards to provide consistent and high-quality customer support.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
