Description

A Call Center Sales Representative primarily handles inbound and outbound calls to sell products or services, identify customer needs, and provide information. They are responsible for building relationships with customers, resolving issues, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion

Responsibilities

  •  Answering inbound calls: Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
