Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Answer customer questions, provide information, and clarify doubts to secure sales.
• Meet daily/weekly call quotas and sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
