Job Description:

YODO are hiring Calling Agents (Inbound & Outbound) to handle customer inquiries and generate sales for our Australian-based campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and experienced in closing monthly sales via phone calls.

Shift Timing: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Location: Ghaznavi Block, Sector F- Bahria town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential Australian clients for sales and service promotion
Receive inbound calls from interested customers and address their queries professionally
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information
Consistently follow up on leads and work toward achieving monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a sales or call center environment (international campaigns preferred)
Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work night shifts (2:00 AM – 10:00 AM PKT)
Sales-driven mindset with proven closing skills
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools
