Description
YODO are hiring Calling Agents (Inbound & Outbound) to handle customer inquiries and generate sales for our Australian-based campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and experienced in closing monthly sales via phone calls.
Shift Timing: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
Location: Ghaznavi Block, Sector F- Bahria town, Lahore
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential Australian clients for sales and service promotion
- Receive inbound calls from interested customers and address their queries professionally
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information
- Consistently follow up on leads and work toward achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
- Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or call center environment (international campaigns preferred)
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work night shifts (2:00 AM – 10:00 AM PKT)
- Sales-driven mindset with proven closing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools
