About the Role

OptiSpeak Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated, target-driven Debt Collection Officers to join our growing team in Lahore. In this dynamic on-site role, you will manage account portfolios, connect with customers, and negotiate effective payment plans while maintaining top-tier professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct phone outreach and follow-ups with customers regarding outstanding balances.

•Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies alongside internal teams.

•Accurately maintain customer records, verification details, and logs in CRM systems.

•Consistently hit daily and monthly recovery targets while following compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

•Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, strong active listening, and fluent written/spoken English (local languages a plus).

•Education & Track Record: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in call centers or customer service is a big plus!

•Mindset: Strong negotiation skills, composure under pressure, and a target-oriented drive.
