Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat
• Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure consistency and quality in communication.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat systems and tools.
• Flexibility to work the specified night shift hours (10 PM to 7 AM / 8 PM to 3 AM during Ramadan).
• Male candidates are preferred for this position
