Position: Sales Executive (Chat Based)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Working Hours: (11PM - 4AM)

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission + Daily Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and sales through chat-based communication channels.
• Provide information about products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and current trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Educational qualification: Matric/Intermediate.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong industry knowledge and trend awareness.
• Ability to work night shifts (11PM - 4AM).
• Specific qualifications unique to the job may be considered a plus.
