Job Description:
Positions: Fronter
Campaign : Real Estate (US)
Timing : 6pm to 3am (45mins break)
Workdays : Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Make 400–500 cold calls daily using a power dialer
Book 5–7 qualified meetings per week for Closers
Follow a proven script while keeping the conversation natural and engaging
Maintain show-up rates and record activity in our CRM
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience (cold calling/sales)
Fluent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working the night shift onsite in Rawalpindi
