Job Description:

VEE Work is hiring Closers for its US real estate projects. Based in our Rawalpindi office, you will work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Mon–Fri), engaging with pre-qualified leads, negotiating with property owners, and finalizing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert qualified leads into closed deals.
• Negotiate terms with property owners and maintain strong client relationships.
• Record daily activity (calls, leads, conversions) and meet monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required).
• Prior sales/BPO/real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (US business hours).
• Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality.
