Cold Calling Agent [Job ID: 147016385]

We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Agent / Telesales Executive to join our US sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and closing, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential US clients.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, cold calling, or deal closing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a US-friendly accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of payrol system and CRM will be prefered.

Job Nature:

• Full time, Night Shift

Basic Salary:

• Up-to 80K PKR

Shift Time:

• 6 PM to 3 Am
