Description
As a cold calling executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our innovative platform, and generating leads. Your goal will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our platform can help them.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our recruitment solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and refine cold calling scripts to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights on client responses and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cold calling or telesales role, preferably in the recruitment or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage prospects and build relationships over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
