Position Overview

FIT Solutions is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11. In this role, you will create clear, engaging, and authoritative content tailored for the US market. The ideal candidate has strong research skills, a firm grasp of tone/style for American audiences, and hands-on experience or familiarity with USA medical billing or workers' compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts, website copy, client guides, articles, and marketing materials focused on USA healthcare, medical billing, and workers' compensation procedures.
• USA Market Orientation: Tailor messaging, terminology, and formatting specifically to match American industry standards and audience expectations.
• Research & Compliance: Conduct thorough research on US medical billing codes, insurance guidelines, claims processes, and legal frameworks to produce accurate, value-driven content.
• SEO Optimization: Integrate target keywords naturally to optimize digital content for organic search ranking and audience reach.
• Editing & Proofreading: Maintain consistent brand voice, clarity, precise grammar, and technical accuracy across all deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter targeting US audiences.
• A Plus: Direct experience or foundational background in USA Medical Billing or Workers' Compensation processes.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong attention to nuance and technical clarity.
• Ability to translate complex medical, legal, or insurance concepts into accessible, engaging copy.
• Strong time management and research skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Location: On-site – Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi
• Timings: Monday through Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
