Country Head - Retail (Fashion/Textile Industry)

• Develop and execute a winning country-specific retail strategy in alignment with global objectives

• Expand the retail footprint through location analysis, lease negotiation, and new store launches

• Lead the full P&L for the country — drive sales, manage costs, and deliver profitable growth

• Ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency across all stores

• Standardize SOPs, VM guidelines, and store layouts to ensure a consistent brand experience

• Implement tech-enabled retail systems for better inventory control, data insights & customer service

• Build and manage a team of regional managers, store heads, and support staff

• Partner with marketing to launch seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and activations

• Work closely with Head Office and other departments: Merchandising, Design, Supply Chain, HR, E-Commerce

• Provide local market insights to influence product range, pricing strategies, and promotions

• Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and local retail regulations
